Usually our clients have family members or others that they can depend on to serve as their executors, trustees, and agents under their power of attorney and medical power of attorney. If they do not have such persons to serve, other choices include banks or trust companies, accountants, financial advisors, and attorneys. We will sometimes serve as fiduciary at our client’s request, or upon the request of other attorneys or local judges.
